Return Process:1. Please contact us for any product returns with proof of damage. If possible, kindly include pictures.
2. Currently returns are allowed
only for damaged products. In case you wanted to exchange products due to size mismatch, please write to us at hi@letskefi.com and we shall work with you on the same.

Letskefi.com customers can return their order within 7 (seven) days from order delivery. To schedule a return please write to us at
hi@leteskefi.com4. Please ensure while returning the product, that the packaging is similar to the way it was delivered. All returns must be in unused condition with all original barcodes and packaging intact. Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection for store credit. For all approved cases, store credit shall be processed within 2 weeks.
5. The Reverse Pick up is available on limited pincodes. While we will try out best to pick up returns, there might be circumstances where the customer may need to ship the products to us. Customers are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. In certain cases, we may need to levy return pick up charges. Kindly bear with us.
Please Note: - We
do not accept returns for gyms vests and tank tops due to hygiene concerns.
- Return policy is only applicable on apparels.
- There is only one time return policy and There are no return policy applicable on Lifestyle products and Phone covers & accessories.
Order Cancellations:Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. As mentioned above, incases where a damaged product is received, they can be exchanged as per the return policy.
