Terms & Conditions applicable on
LETSKEFI Gift Certificates issued by 
KEFIOLOGY BRANDS LLP

These terms and conditions apply to Lets Kefi Gift Certificates (Gift Certificates) issued by KEFIOLOGY BRANDS LLP (“Lets Kefi”). KEFIOLOGY BRANDS LLP is a LLP organized under the laws of India. You may purchase Gift Certificates through the options available on https://letskefi.com or https://letskefi.company.site/ and also use Gift Certificates provided to you by third parties in the manner provided hereunder.

The customer explicitly understands that Lets Kefi Gift certificates are virtual in nature and are delivered via email or other online communication, as decided by Lets Kefi.At no point of time is a physical or tangible certificate delivered to the purchaser.By purchasing or using a Gift Certificate, you are agreeing to and accept the below mentioned terms and conditions.

1. Redemption:

Gift Certificates may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www.letskefi.com or https://letskefi.company.site/ and any other third party merchants that are enabled to accept the Lets Kefi Gift Certificates. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Gift Certificates balance. Any unused Gift Certificates balance will remain associated with the redeemers Lets Kefi balance account and applied to purchases, in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemers Gift Certificates balance, the remaining amount must be paid by credit certificates, net banking or debit certificates or any other available options on https://letskefi.com or https://letskefi.company.site/. No fees or charges apply to Gift Certificates. Lets Kefi may provide Gift Certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Certificates that they purchase or use.

2. Limitations:

- Gift Certificates, including any unused Gift Certificate balances, expire as per the expiration date offered during the sale of each Gift Certificates. You may request for revalidation of any expired Gift Certificates. Upon receipt of such request, the Gift Certificates may be revalidated after due verification and subject to applicable terms and conditions.

- Gift Certificates may only be purchased in denominations of up to Rs. 10,000, or such other limits as Lets Kefi may determine.

- Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates.

- Gift Certificates cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Gift certificates are not an alternative to cash or currency and Lets Kefi does not make any claims to that effect.The purchaser is free to not use the gift certificates for any purchases on https://letskefi.com or https://letskefi.company.site/

- Except as provided hereunder or as per applicable law, amount in your Gift Certificates will not be refunded to you under any circumstances.

- No refund will be provided in cash, at any point of time.

- Unused Gift Certificate balances may not be transferred to another users account.

- No interest will be payable by Lets Kefi on any Gift Certificates or Gift Certificate balance.

- Lets Kefi makes no representation or warranty that https://letskefi.com or https://letskefi.company.site/ will always be accessible without interruption.

3. Fraud:

Lets Kefi is not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Lets Kefi will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Certificates is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on www.letskefi.com or https://letskefi.company.site/.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You and Lets Kefi each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore. You agree to indemnify Lets Kefi for all claims brought by a third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these terms and conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability:

LETS KEFI MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE. IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

6. General Terms:

Lets Kefi reserves the right to change these Gift Certificates terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
